The company is founded and headed by Mr P.Srenivasa Gopal who has been a Delivery Head and Supply Chain / Logistics / Government / Public Sector Vertical Practice Head for Enterprise applications and IT transformation projects with around 32 + years of total experience in IT Industry and 36 + years of total overall experience in IT and Electronics Industry.

• He is a result driven leader having extensive experience in design, development, and maintenance of multiple application software projects with a successful track record of delivering the projects on time and within budget. Skilled in understanding the big picture, conceptualizing, developing and implementing solutions and partnering closely with customers, various stakeholders and senior executives. Also has good amount of experience in handling modern application of Rules–Policy Automation, Mobility, IOT, Big data and cloud inclusive projects.

• Has handled customers from various geographic locations having varied cultural background. Monitoring the progress with respect to cost, demand forecast, and time over runs to ensure timely execution of projects. Has successfully led multiple project teams of 100 + people working simultaneously at multi site locations. Has used various methodologies like waterfall, iterative, agile and collaborative for the implementation of the projects.

• Ensured that the projects adhered to follow the ISO / CMMI process Has served as the product owner in Agile / SCRUM development processes; wrote user stories, maintained the backlog and lead sprint planning. Managed a team that was involved in design and development and maintenance of SEPG and HRMS application which helped the organization in getting the CMMI level 5 / PCMM certifications.

• Has extensive experience in providing solutions across Supply Chain / Logistics, Insurance & Health Care, Education, Banking & Financial, Manufacturing, Human Resource and Time & Attendance Verticals. Was Instrumental in building the Supply Chain / Logistics domain practice in the organization that he worked proactively by closely coordinating with the sales team which fetched good and large accounts. Also has managed and executed an e-governance project in logistics domain that has won prestigious eINDIA Award.

• Extensively worked on the business development and presales / bidding activities involving prospect analysis, attending pre-sales calls, developing capability documents, web content and proposals. Enhanced business volumes for the organization by interacting with existing/new customers, understanding their needs, providing prototypes, POC and pilot projects.

• Handled organizations related activities like the SEPG. Recruitment, Mentoring, and Training. An active member of SEPG group, Was instrumental in setting up the policies, guidelines, template which enabled the organization to gear up for CMMI level 5 Certification. Also has good domain / functional knowledge in Fleet Management / Tracking, Transport Management, Warehouse / Distribution Management and Dispatch Management.

• Has obtained Bachelor Degree in Science, Bachelor Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (AMIE) and Master in Business Administration. Also has got MIE Certification from Institute of Engineers in Information Technology.
